Say hello to Finca Delica

Immerse yourself in luxury and experience Boo Ibiza’s coolest villa yet

Dear friends of Boo Ibiza,

Ibiza’s colourful villages are the perfect haven for travellers and local people alike, offering a collection of exceptional properties. With my innate talent for seeking them out and little black book of trusted contacts, I have once again discovered an Ibizan treasure.

One of the most beautiful villas on the island, Finca Delica is certainly worthy of a visit to the White Isle any time of the year.

Finca Delica

Set amongst native trees which cluster beneath the ancient terraces, Finca Delica is veiled in sweet, floral and hazy summer air. The villa is one of Ibiza’s coolest, with far-reaching views across the island.

This historic estate is secluded and tranquil, hidden in the northern heartlands of San Llorenc. It features nine specious bedroom suites, an array of spectacular outdoor living and dining spaces and a vast oval swimming pool, along with dedicated fitness and wellness areas and a soundproofed party cave.

Abandoned for decades to the ravages of nature, this gracious family estate has been lovingly restored to its former glory over the last three years. It is at once historic yet contemporary; luxurious yet rustic; imposing yet light-hearted.

In homage to its privileged rural location, Fincadelica puts great emphasis on sustainability and slow living. Guests are encouraged to retreat, to reset, and to honour the estate’s connection to Mother Nature. To eat from the gardens and worship the sun. To find peace beneath the sun and stars.

Interiors are tactile, luxurious, eclectic, with a nod to the 1970s by way of natural textures, iconic design pieces and a warm, earthy palette. Art and antiques take centre stage, influenced by the finca’s colourful owners; a trio of global nomads who have found home in Ibiza’s countercultural paradise.

· Nine expansive ensuite bedrooms with either a terrace or private garden

· Thirteen-metre-long oval saltwater pool with a separate children’s pool

· Sun terrace with ample Talenti sun loungers, Tuuci parasols, open-air showers and an Ofyr BBQ

· Open-plan lounge and dining table for up to eighteen guests

· Dining and entertainment pergola with a large serviced bar and traditional stone pizza oven
