Discreetly tucked away, right up in Dalt Vila off a winding street is where you’ll find a technicolour tiled staircase leading up to the gem that is @corsario_ibiza. The infamous Montesol hotel on the corner of Vara del Rey in the centre of Ibiza old town, has been given a makeover and Boo is impressed! This gorgeously revamped Levantine eatery @sabbabamontesol has a wonderful fusion Middle Eastern and Spanish menu of small plates designed for sharing. |
